OKAY HERE'S THE UPDATE!

2E6 CHALET:
When: 2-4 DECEMBER 2008
Where: Aloha Resorts
Type of resort booked: Garden Bungalow. WITH A FIELD!
Facilities: 4 bedrooms, 2 queen size beds, 4 single beds, 4 bedrooms with attached toilet cum bathroom, 1 common toilet cum bathroom


Cost to pay:

2 nights: SGD35
1st night (BBQ NIGHT, 2ND DEC): SGD27.80
2nd night (3RD DEC): 20.10
BBQ only: 15

COST BREAKDOWN:
chalet rental: 12.80
2nd day lunch: 3.30
2nd day dinner: 4
BBQ: 10
Bus fare: 5

*2nd day lunch & dinner is by CATERER.

How to get there: RENTING A PRIVATE 30 / 40-SEATER BUS! (SGD5/person)

However, there's a shuttle bus from Pasir Ris to Aloha, but the private bus sounds more fun-er xD

Confirmed time to meetup: 1.30-1.45pm on 2 Dec 08 at Jurong East Interchange (RIGHT BEHIND POPULAR!)
Eat your breakfast and lunch first before meeting up.


What to bring:
- Your daily essentials
- Clothes (enough to cover for 3 days)
- Your own form of entertainment (PSP, Gameboy, what what what, soccer ball, volleyball, etc)
- Chips, snacks, tidbits (I'LL BRING CUP NOODLE!)
-Mini fan or something (There's a limit to usage of aircon)
-Extra pocket money (in case you want to buy/rent smth)
-HANDPHONE CHARGER!! or bring a spare phone!
... and some other things I can't rmb now, but if you find it appropiate and impt then bring!

NOTE: Aloha Resorts is very ulu kind. It's a bit far away from Downtown East (approx 1 km away)
It's like a 10 minutes walk there so if you wish to eat at the restaurants there (There's this EHUB building newly opened, with many restaurants) then go ahead.

I heard the new building has a ice skating rink or smth?! o_o
AND YES THERE IS A BOWLING ALLEY! But I think it's club members or what.

Any suggestions, comments whatever... do leave at the tagboard or MSN me.

E.g : Calling caterers, emailing bus transport company and Aloha and many caterers, checking with you guys the price, transport blah blah blah.

I care for you guys, you know. I want the price to be as cheap and reasonable as possible so that you guys will have fun! Many people will go too. :D
Not to mention the ulu-ness of Aloha and I'm scared you all are bored to death or something. D:
